I love my Subaru, but after some time with this one, I started noticing a noise coming from the centre console. Nothing major, but enough to constantly distract me while driving. Unfortunately, after taking it back to the Subaru dealership that sold me the car across three separate services, the issue wasn’t properly addressed, and I left feeling unheard and frustrated. To be honest, over the past few months, it really affected how I felt about the car. I even started considering selling it and, after owning a few Subarus over the years, I was questioning whether I’d get another one at all. Recently, I took the car to Subaru Waitara, and the experience was completely different. Christopher explained things clearly, fixed the problem on the same day, and even identified and resolved another issue while the car was there. A big thank you not only to Christopher, but also to the mechanics and the wider Subaru Waitara team. Five-star service. Easy to deal with, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused. I’ll definitely be servicing my car here moving forward and, when it’s time for my next Subaru in a couple of years, this is where I’ll be buying it from. Highly recommended.
