I took my car to have the automatic parking brake fixed and an oil pressure sensor replaced. Frank at the shop was very helpful and the price I got charged was surprisingly very reasonable; considering that other mechanical workshops could not fix the issues I had, at all. Trust the professional technicians to do the job right. The car feels good and I've always loved Peugeot; it's a class on its own and it's my little piece of France - nostalgia! 😄 Although despite the impeccable service at the workshop, some of my queries were late to be answered over the phone; yet, I don't hold any grudges as I think that perhaps the workshop is a little understaffed. Perhaps an additional staff would make all the difference and I would have given 5 stars. This is not a criticism just an observation and I believe Peugeot can improve in that area and attracts more Australian customers because Peugeot makes really good cars. Nevertheless, Frank was above and beyond in his service delivery, same with the call centre and the coffee there was great. God bless you Frank and thank you Peugeot. Would definitely recommend.

First time customer, due to Geelong Dealership closing Peugeot Dealership🤬🤬🤬🤬 Inchcape Peugeot Melbourne City, Absolutely 5 Star service, over and above👍👏 Awesome customer service by staff. It is the 1% ‘ers, that make the difference. Free Uber to DFO and return. Complimentary coffee and soft drinks as required. Looking forward to return visit in 12 months. David

The mechanical fault with my Peugeot SUV-2AA4ZA appears to be okay, I want to commend and sincerely thank Mr Frank Mehany for helping me out when I was desperately in need to bring the car into the Peugeot service centre.
